SAGE offers its program of HR Audit, which is a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s HR policies and practices. The program may encompass a number of formalized procedures ranging from conducting structured interviews to research into different sources of information depending on the goals of the audit. 

The audit is followed by a written report containing methodology and instruments of the audit, the results of the audit process, containing the description of the state of Human Resource Management and conclusions and recommendations on improvement.
